What is Whisper Flow and how does it help when working with Claude or writing emails?

You hold down a key combination (Control + Windows key on the member's setup) anywhere on your computer and it transcribes your speech directly into whatever text box your cursor is in, in any program. Unlike typical talk-to-text features, it was described as extremely accurate — handling paragraph breaks, punctuation ('comma, comma'), bullet points, and even correcting itself if you stumble while speaking, all without errors even with background noise.
