What does Digits actually cost per client, and is the advertised pricing accurate?

36:05From the June 17 call · Claude Skills, Model Selection, and Custom Client Dashboards

The advertised pricing (around $10/month per client) is not what one member ended up paying. Digits was using an activity-based pricing model — for example, if you don't touch more than 5% of a client's transactions, that client isn't counted toward the bill, and out of 10 clients you might only be charged for three or so. The member found this structure too unpredictable, describing it as feeling like a 'balloon payment' waiting to happen, and asked for something more straightforward instead. What they ended up actually paying came out to roughly $50/month per client, which they felt was reasonable for what the tool provides.
