Should a one-off manual cleanup process (like deduplicating scanned tax documents) be turned into a reusable Claude skill?

When a member described manually deleting duplicate pages before running Claude on a gambling client's W2G documents, another participant suggested turning that process into a skill for next year -- jokingly naming it the 'degenerate gambling addict skill.' The idea is that once built, the skill can be reused and improved each year: you iterate by teaching Claude to do validation and deduplication first, then run the full analysis and output to a spreadsheet.
