Is there a way to get Claude to suggest what repeated tasks could be turned into a skill?

A member suggested you can directly ask Claude (or a similar assistant), 'Hey, what am I doing that could be a skill?' If you have memory enabled across your chats, Claude can review your chat history and suggest recurring tasks that would make good candidates for a skill.
