Is the Open Accountants platform limited to individual income tax, or does it cover other areas like payroll?

It is not limited to individual income tax — the scope covers whatever contributors choose to build. As an example, one accountant from South Africa built out skills covering payroll, spending four or five hours on it and providing an Excel sheet covering superannuation ('super'). That contributor is being verified and will become the platform's representative for South Africa.
