How usable is the new Claude 'designer'/design portal feature for non-technical users?

One member reported that Claude just launched a designer/design portal feature that they described as pretty sweet, even for people who are totally non-technical. There's a tablet-like panel on the left-hand side where you can start prompting the design and vibe-coding your own interface, and the member said it made them feel like a 'super user really quickly.'
