How should I start figuring out what to use Claude for in my practice?

One approach is to just talk to Claude conversationally: tell it about your day, your role, and your workflow, then ask it where it sees opportunities to help. Before tackling a specific project, you can also say 'here's what I'm working on today, can you optimize any of this?' and keep pushing on it from there rather than trying to figure out all the use cases upfront.
