How should firms decide which new AI or software changes to roll out this year without overwhelming staff or clients with too much change management?

One member's approach is to only roll out something new if they're confident it will be a long-term fit, since every new client-facing process (like an intake system) creates significant change management work. Having just rolled out a new intake process last year, they don't want to change it again this year purely to chase a new AI feature. They noted their employees have more appetite for adopting new tools when they can clearly see the tool will make their own job easier, even if clients might be more resistant to repeated process changes.
