How do you get all client communications (calls, texts, emails, meetings) synced into one place for an AI client-update dashboard?

All communications are routed into Airtable, which acts as the underlying database. Fireflies call/meeting notes feed into Airtable and are linked by client. Text messages come from a phone system and are synced in (originally via a script, later refined with help from Claude) and grouped by week per client so threads aren't dumped as endless individual lines. Portal messages are similarly grouped, but per month per client. Each communication type (calls, texts, portal messages) is linked to the company record, so when you pull up a client, the AI can retrieve everything tied to that company. A summary field is also generated for long text threads so the assistant reads a compressed summary first before diving into the full thread if deeper detail is needed.
