How do you actually build and update a website end-to-end using Claude design and Claude Code?

One workflow described: use Claude design to create the site, then have Claude Code push the changes through GitHub to Netlify as HTML. Updates happen entirely through chat prompts rather than direct text editing on the live site — e.g., asking for a new feature like a DM function results in Claude Code implementing it automatically, no matter how complex. The user noted they know there are ways to set up direct in-browser editing but haven't bothered, preferring to just describe what they want and let the AI handle it.
