How do 'skills' work in Stack, and do I need to build them all myself before using the product?
Skills are like standard operating procedure documents that agents invoke automatically based on prompts (e.g., a variance analysis prompt invoked a variance analysis skill). Ramp will seed default skills into your advisor console and client-level environments as a starting point, and from there you can create more custom skills or have Stack update the default ones. You don't need to build all your own skills before starting to use the product — the recommendation is to just engage with Stack and let it learn as you go. An upcoming update will have Stack proactively tell you when it notices an improvement that should be made to a skill and let you approve the update, rather than you having to ask it to check. You can also manually create a skill by prompting the system with what type of skill you want, and it will draft it for you to review.
