A member built a web portal where entering a client's name pulls together data that otherwise lives in separate systems (e.g., contracts in Airtable, invoicing in QuickBooks and Stripe, and separate AR notes), cutting what used to take about 10 minutes down significantly. Because QuickBooks was seen as difficult to work with directly, they added an AI agent chatbot inside the portal so that tasks like creating a dozen journal entries monthly or editing several invoices at once can be handled through the agent rather than manually in QuickBooks.
