How can I automate saving e-file acceptance confirmations (9325 forms) to client files from UltraTax?

A firm is working on a workflow to automatically capture the 9325 form when a return is accepted in UltraTax, print it, and save it to the client's file, then share it with the client so they can confirm their return was accepted without having to ask. The automation works by accessing UltraTax's e-file screen through a web browser (since UltraTax's e-file interface runs in-browser) and printing that form to PDF -- it does not touch UltraTax itself directly.
