To become a regional contributor, sign up through the generic contact email (info@openaccount.com) and verify your credentials by submitting your license number. After verification, you'll receive an email assigning you to the region-specific elements (e.g., Virginia), and you'd be expected to maintain and utilize the skills for that region going forward. It was noted that smaller countries may require more work to build out, but the existing skill set overall is already fairly decent, and roughly 60-70 people have already started trying the platform on GitHub.
