Can AI be used to draft difficult client communications, like termination or resignation letters?

One member uses Claude (which they've nicknamed after their former office manager, who used to play 'bad cop' for client communications) to draft emails, letters, resignation letters, and termination letters. They said they don't have the heart to write that kind of communication themselves, so they hand it to Claude, review the draft, then print, sign, and send it, noting the wording Claude produces works better for this purpose than what they'd write on their own.
