Are tools like Ignition and Anchor worth using for billing and engagement letters despite setup difficulty?

48:26From the June 2 call · Real Estate Bookkeeping Tools, Local Claude Setups, and AI Compliance Networks

Ignition and Anchor were acknowledged as tools that can save significant time on billing/engagement workflows, but they are noted to be hard to get set up. The firm evaluated Anchor and Carbon among others; Carbon in particular required hiring a consultant for roughly $8,000 to build out workflows, which was seen as excessive. They instead chose Financial Sense's simpler, spreadsheet-like approach to build billing workflows themselves quickly, and are transitioning billing through that platform after previously using Square, given their smaller team size.
