Are AI tax research tools like Blue J or TaxGPT useful for firms that mostly do simple returns and don't do much tax research?

One participant said they weren't initially interested in Blue J or TaxGPT for tax research since most of their returns are simple. Their interest changed when these vendors started talking about using their models to review completed returns, since the models come pre-loaded with the tax context a human reviewer would need — as opposed to just pasting a return into a general tool like Claude without that built-in context.
